In January, Steadfast Commercial Properties Retail Division acquired Sunrise Mall. The 1.2 million square foot center is home to two Macy*s stores, JCPenney, Sears plus nearly 120 other stores.

Sunrise Mall was originally build in 1971 and is the area’s largest mall.
